On the side of the entrance door there is a slot in which to insert the keycard to activate the electricity line inside the accommodation.
Our sustainable and ethical management, committed to the protection and conservation of the environment, is committed to reducing waste of precious natural resources. We therefore invite our kind guests to collaborate with us by removing the keycard from the slot before leaving the accommodation.

To turn the air conditioning on, off or adjust it according to your needs, you can use the appropriate remote control.

To turn the heating on, off or adjust it according to your needs, you can use the wall thermostat in the accommodation.

To make your stay more pleasant, in each accommodation there is a basket with fresh seasonal fruit and a Nespresso coffee machine available to guests, complete with a free kit consisting of eight coffee pods, tea and herbal teas.
If guests wish to have additional coffee pods they can purchase them at the reception at the price of €0.50 each.

Each room is equipped with an assorted minibar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and various snacks (service not present in the apartments).
The prices of the products can be consulted in the price list on the desk.

In the room, inside the wardrobe, there is a safe in which to store all "valuable" objects.
To securely close the door simply enter a 4-digit number of your choice and press "Enter", while to open the door simply repeat the number entered previously and press "Enter".
If you forget the numeric code, you can contact the staff in charge.

Cleaning and tidying up are carried out every day in the morning and we remind you that only towels left on the floor in the bathroom will be changed.
It is possible to suspend the cleaning service by sending a notification from your reserved area, accessible by scanning the QR code present in your accommodation.
